Paramjit Aulakh
Paramjit is the elder of the Aulakh brothers and the founders of Morni Constructions. Financial matters, investment opportunities, development and redevelopment of assets are handled by Paramjit. He was the President of Morni group of Companies since 1995 which undertook construction, renovation and redesigning of gas stations, car washes and convenience stores in Toronto, Canada. The knowledge and expertise attained have led to the positive growth of Morni Constructions. Paramjit has been on the advisory panel of Aulakh Overseas, an export firm with multiple offices in India, US and Canada.
He has a DVM degree from Punjab Agricultural University, India.

Parvinder Aulakh
Mr. Parvinder is a managing member with Morni Properties. He handles the constant growth opportunities, leasing and asset management of the business.
Mr. Parvinder is the founder of American Overseas, an Import & Distribution firm in Canada, this firm was established in 1993. Over the years this firm grew to own over 100 branded products, which are produced and packed under the Morni trademark and distributed in Canada and US. Tandoors, the specialty product of this firm, is among the very few ethnic products which have the CSA & NSF accreditation for both US & Canada.
Mr. Parvinder is an MBA in Sales from Punjab University Chandigarh, India.

Igor Savic
Igor Savic is responsible for finding and analyzing potential residential investment opportunities that match Morni Steeplechase’s investment criteria. If the project is accepted by management, then Igor is responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on the property and for representing Morni Steeplechase as a realtor. Once a deal is finalized, Igor acts as the general contractor for the project and is responsible for planning, designing, budgeting and executing the needed renovations. Once renovations are complete then Igor acts as the selling agent and completes the tasks needed for the sale of the property.

Pibu Aulakh
Priteshbir Aulakh (Pibu) is responsible for assisting the director and other managing members in analyzing all potential investment and divestitures from a risk/return and strategic alignment point of view and in negotiating contracts with potential clients. He is also responsible for evaluating & fulfilling the corporations need for information systems, human resources, market research and other expert services.
Pibu has been a part of the ‘Morni’ family for over 5 years. He began his career at ‘Morni’ as a part time manager for a gas station facility and slowly progressed into the position of a general manager for all properties held by the company.
Pibu has achieved an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Toronto and is currently completing his CFA designation. He also holds a Bachelors in Administrative Studies degree from the York University, Toronto.
